Now that fall is officially here you might be feeling the itch to refresh your home for the cooler months. We’ve put together a design guide to help you achieve this look.
As always we like to start out designs from the ground up. This look was inspired by our Bari floors. Named after the Italian city on the Adriatic, Bari is part of our Veneto Collection made on European White Oak. Channel a warm fall appearance with this medium brown tone floor that you will love all year round. In addition, a plush and cozy rug really grounds your living spaces and helps set the overall mood.
Walls can be accented with soft sages like Benjamin Moore's Crownsville Gray and off whites. Keeping in theme with the warmth of the fall colour palette, go with a cognac toned leather sofa with a mid-century feel. The strong lines of the Burrard by Article help make it the centre of the room. Balance the rectangular shapes out with a round glass coffee table. This one is the Clarus from Article. It has an unique dark walnut base to help ground it within the space.
We have always liked the idea of adding unique combinations and different styles of seating. The introduction of the Sebastian by West Elm and some poufs serve double duty as awesome footrests or additional seating in your space. To go with this look, we went with the Nomad Pouf from EQ3. Finish off your space with a funky light fixture in a matte black, like the the Organic by Artcraft.
